Prof. Dr. Thomas Frischgesell, Thomas Menge, Lars Windauer (f.l.t.r.)

On 11 September, the shareholders of Werum Software & Systems AG elected a new Supervisory Board at their Annual General Meeting - unanimously and without abstentions. The former Supervisory Board members Dr Hans Windauer, a graduate mathematician from Adendorf, and the graduate computer scientist Erwin Kneuer, citizen of Lüneburg, handed their posts over to younger hands. The university professor Prof. Dr Thomas Frischgesell, also a citizen of Lüneburg, will continue to be a member of the Supervisory Board. From now on, the Berlin-based graduate computer scientist Lars Windauer, son of the receding Supervisory Board member Dr Windauer, will lend him his support as well as the Adendorf-based graduate computer scientist Thomas Menge, who has been appointed as new Chairman. The Supervisory Board has been elected for the next five years and will supervise the work of the Management Board of Werum Software & Systems AG on behalf of the shareholders.
