About 80 percent of Werum's experts have a university degree. Many of them are computer scientists or engineers, but we also have mathematicians, physicists, other scientists and experts from related disciplines contributing to our success.

We have a flat hierarchical structure offering direct communication across all levels. Many colleagues even meet in their spare time, for example to train together for bicycle or running competitions. At our location in Lüneburg, we work in a modern building with plenty of space for new ideas and exciting projects. Lueneburg is a pleasant university town offering cultural diversity and a lively and creative scene of pubs, restaurants and shops.
The Northern German countryside with its woods and waters is only a 10 minutes' drive away. It takes only half an hour to get to the city of Hamburg and a little more than an hour to the Baltic Sea with its wonderful beaches to relax at the weekends.
