Liebherr-Aerospace relies on Werum's HyperTest Boost for smart test data management
Liebherr-Aerospace introduced Werum's HyperTest Boost, a test data management system that digitally maps and controls all aspects of the product life cycle.
As part of its digitalization strategy, Liebherr-Aerospace Lindenberg GmbH introduced Werum's HyperTest Boost test data management system. The goal is to increase the efficiency and transparency of testing and qualification processes, as well as implement the principles of the “Model Based Enterprise” in these areas.
HyperTest Boost allows for the database-based, end-to-end management of all test-relevant information, which simplifies the entire process, from planning to reporting. Business objects for customers and authorities can be derived directly from the digital model. Media and tool breaks are avoided, teamwork is facilitated through parallel processing, and progress in test fields is comprehensible across the board.
Open interfaces, such as the REST API, were prioritized to ensure flexible integration into Liebherr-Aerospace's existing IT landscape. Existing test beds and evaluation systems could also be connected.
Another key feature is the baselining functionality, which documents changes in the product development process in a traceable manner. This significantly increases the transparency and reproducibility of the required verifications.
The successful implementation of the system was made possible by the close, targeted collaboration between Liebherr-Aerospace and Werum. In addition to optimizing existing processes, HyperTest Boost lays the groundwork for future applications, such as AI-supported analyses and evaluations.
