Review of productronica 2025: AI-supported search, analysis, and anomaly detection – from trends to functionalities

At the trade fair, we showcased the future of test data analysis. The focus was on solutions for efficiently using huge amounts of data. Our Insightics® Industrial and HyperTest® Boost software platforms deliver effective solutions for the most challenging topics at the trade fair.

The 2025 edition of productronica is now history. We can reflect on four eventful days that were filled with in-depth conversations and pioneering ideas. We were successful as a co-exhibitor at the booth of our partner NOFFZ Technologies.

The hot topics driving the industry

One of the key issues currently preoccupying the manufacturing industry is how to use huge amounts of test data efficiently. The focus is particularly on:

  • Natural language search in test data: This enables specialists to quickly and intuitively find the information they need in various storage locations, without having to formulate complex queries.
  • Anomaly detection: This is used for the early identification of deviations in data and errors in the process, with the aim of minimising waste and maximising quality
  • Data analytics and artificial intelligence (AI): This involves using advanced analytics and AI models to gain deeper insights into processes and enable predictive decision-making.

Werum drives innovation forward

These topics are not just pipe dreams; they are already shaping our development today. With Insightics® Industrial, we offer a platform that provides these functionalities. Furthermore, the next version of our HyperTest® Boost test data management system will facilitate the use of these functionalities in the testing environment.
