The knowledge and the experience that has been collectively gained in 40 years of software development and project execution is a most valuable asset and our most priceless resource.
Qualifications
A major characteristic of our employees is their high level of educational instruction and training. More than 75% have a B.S. or M.S. degree in computer sciences or engineering.

Moreover, we provide training programs for computer specialists with a focus on application development and system integration.
    

Project Teams
We ensure a good mixture of senior experience and junior talent in our project teams. Computer scientists and engineers work closely on projects to contribute their specific knowledge, expertise and procedural experience to build theoretically well-founded and practice-based products and solutions.
Growth and Employee Retention
Over many years we have continuously grown and evolved as an organization. We plan to continue this growth pattern in the future.
Well-equipped workplaces, a team-based environment and a good working atmosphere all contribute to retain our valued employees within the Company. Since becoming a stock corporation in 2001, the number of employees who own Werum shares has risen to about two thirds, so that the majority of our workforce have a direct stake in the success and future development of the Company.
