| Werum Expands Executive Board
|

Lueneburg, July 2, 2007 - Since July 1, 2007 Ruediger Schlierenkaemper, 52, is a
member of the Werum Software & Systems Executive Board. The Executive Board now
consists of four members: Hartmut Krome, Ruediger Schlierenkaemper, Hans-Peter Subel and Dr.
Hans Windauer. Ruediger Schlierenkaemper, who joined the company in 2000, is primarily responsible for the international pharma business and in this context is also in charge of Werum's US activities.
He earned a degree in mechanical engineering and has many years of
experience in the pharmaceutical industry. In one of his former jobs,
he worked in executive positions with Fette Compacting, a leading manufacturer of
tablet presses, for 14 years.
Ruediger Schlierenkaemper is married and has two children.
