We offer customized training classes that take your specific requirements into account. We even provide individual classes in addition to our standard PAS-X training courses.
The classes take place at our modern training facilities in Lueneburg, Germany. If this is not convenient for you, we are pleased to come to your location and give classes and workshops onsite.
All our trainers and coaches are experienced professionals, who have acquired a large amount of technical expertise based on their participation in PAS-X projects and a product development background.
Once your employees have completed our training courses (see below), we issue PAS-X training certificates as proof of their successful participation.
At your request, consultants are ready to give you advice and coaching when you are in the process of implementing a new system. These consultants will stay with you for as long as necessary to train your employees.
We offer three consecutive PAS-X standard training courses to provide proper qualification for
your employees on three qualification levels: COMPACT courses provide an overview, BASIC courses teach the
skills needed to use the system, and PRO courses convey more in-depth application-specific knowledge.
Our FOCUS courses are designed to teach specialized knowledge.
COMPACT (bronze level)
A COMPACT training course provides an overview of PAS-X concepts and gives the class participant an understanding of its basic functionality. This course is an introduction to the PAS-X system to help newcomers understand all its possible applications.
The COMPACT courses is designed to address decision makers and key users.
BASIC (silver level)
A BASIC training course gives an overview of the underlying business processes and conveys knowledge of the
regulatory and organizational frameworks for the use of a manufacturing execution system. We use the example of a virtual
plant to help you understand the business processes used in PAS-X. Then, we help you gain more in-depth knowledge by
letting you work on the system under the supervision of the teacher.
The BASIC course is designed for key users, MBR authors and manufacturing supervisors.
PRO (gold level)
A PRO training course conveys detailed information on PAS-X. It is especially designed with a view to its ultimate
application-specific use. The class is chockfull of many examples and sample exercises from either of the following optional areas:
Chemical API production
Biopharmaceutical production
Pharmaceutical manufacturing (liquids and solids)
Fill & Finish
Packaging
We can also incorporate examples from your companies in the training. This makes the tasks as realistic as possible and gives you a high degree of detail regarding your future work. With this approach, classes smoothly transition into workshops adapted to the specific needs our customers.
The PRO course is designed for key users, MBR authors and manufacturing and QA supervisors.
FOCUS FOCUS courses convey specialized knowledge on specific topics that are not a direct part of actual business procedures. These classes cover:

FOCUS courses are designed for planners, controllers, and IT support personnel.
