CAPA and Workflow Management in the Heavily Regulated Pharmaceutical Industry


Summary

DEV@COM is a CAPA system specifically tailored and customized for Bayer HealthCare. The pharma group uses this application to manage de-viations, complaints and corrective and preventive actions both in the production environment and the further life cycle of pharmaceutical products. After its implementation, Werum has further expanded DEV@COM by adding additional workflows and now markets the system under the name PAS-CAPA as a product of its PAS-X MES portfolio.

The project report provides an overview of the de-velopment process from the first project phase to the marketable product and focuses on the various available workflows and the remarkable product features.
